Pink Seed Development Group is a boutique specialty construction and development company focusing on creating smart, sustainable homes. Our main focus is to bring beautification and sustainable living to homes within urban communities. We select single family homes with certain minimum size or will build new complexes in areas where land has been standing undeveloped in communities.

The overriding principle in sustainable housing is ensuring it promotes a better quality of life and involves less waste, better reliability, lower life-cycle environmental impacts, less maintenance, and more re-use. These are some of the ways that are used to make a home more sustainable. Making our homes sustainable is a simple task and not need to cause a lot of anxiety during or after construction. If a house is already constructed, there are many improvements that are needed to make it more sustainable. Some of them are immediate, but and are cheap while others take longer and are more costly. The houses will also feature visual artists. The artists will create color palette for homes to help fine tuning with details to customize each home. We will work to maintain the original character of the house - highlighting original molding and chandeliers. Most renovation needs are re-constructive instead of demolition.
For homes with multiple levels, people movers will be installed to allow for older people to be able to stay living in the home longer.Â
